Functional adjustment of space and light: a house beyond expectations.
The root of the project.
This architectural project stands out for its formal design, taking advantage of the unique corner configuration of the plot and the legal alignments defined by the surroundings. The orthogonal architecture—with the North and East facades meeting at a perfect 90º angle—favors urban and landscape integration, resulting in a harmonious setting and optimized use of available space.
The house is distributed over two floors, clearly separating the private and social areas. On the ground floor are located the west-facing suites, one with a walk-in closet, the laundry room with storage area, the entrance hall with double-height ceiling and skylight, and also the garage. The upper floor houses a large open space that integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, benefiting from expansive sea views through large windows. Two balconies—one uncovered and one covered—provide outdoor spaces for relaxation and al fresco dining, complemented by a small office overlooking the entrance hall and a service bathroom.
The building's materiality is asserted through its expressiveness, utilizing different materials and construction systems. The structure combines reinforced concrete with dark gray lacquered HEB metal profiles, ensuring coherence with the window and door frames. The exterior floors alternate between concrete slabs at the main entrance, grass trellises on the garage access ramp, and topsoil in the rest of the space. Balconies and terraces are covered with wooden decking. The roof is also used as a complementary social area, accessible from the living room and an external staircase, equipped with a barbecue area and jacuzzi, allowing for contemplation of the coastal landscape.
The result is a work that blends technique, aesthetics, and functionality, integrating in a balanced way with the surrounding maritime context.

In this geometric encounter where two facades touch like lines reaching for the horizon, the house rises with the serenity of a precise gesture. It is a volume born from the territory, interpreting its limits and transforming them into formal force — a body that molds itself to the corner of the plot like someone learning to listen before speaking.
The rooftop emerges as the final paragraph of this composition—a place where the sky draws near and the sea becomes an absolute presence. It is there that dwelling transforms into contemplation, where time slows down and space opens up to a more intimate experience of the place — embracing the sea, the vastness, and the slow movement of the coastal landscape.
